Project Overview
Ella Coffee Company was an idea that came from the folks at Paul DeLima Coffee Company. Ella Coffee Company is directly influenced by their unspoken founder and original roaster Ella DeLima. As a new coffee brand that is owned and operated by Paul deLima they needed to introduce their new brand of coffee that would appeal to women in a highly competitive North East Market.
